[Criticism: Listen instead]

Talk about criticism and you may just as well rub of to some people as a cringe worthy person. No one, wants to talk about it!

We tend to think of ourselves in a certain way and the world the other.

Right now, you are slouching on your sofa; your mind has rewarded several of your efforts and assured your place in the hierarchy of truth.

But…

Whose truth does anyone conform to if not theirs?

You see? Stick to your own counsel of truth and remain in your comfort zone!

The truth is that you need to suck it!

And understand that your critics may have insight that you don’t. The style they’re asking you to adopt is not theirs but more of a general quality standard! One that they may have had to suck and assume for themselves.

Plus, they would not have been where they are had they been sluggish. Something to consider!

Now, the question evolves to: what do you make of the criticism! Or, how do you handle the criticism itself?

An interesting sir commented: ‘There is your comfort zone, then the stretch zone, then finally the panic zone. Where you want to be is in the stretch zone, most of the time.’. Then he warned: ‘Do not avoid the panic zone.’.

Okay, ignore that; I need your fancy on something else.

Think about life, this two-fold entity comprising the inward and outward. This is true when studying any object, from the intricately connected atom to your house. There are two realities to any entity, and they constantly move energy about!

So, you, reading this, have done quite well?

However, you still need to give yourself time to study how broad the human sphere really is. And therefore, your actions, quite excellent and mature[well done on that, by the way] as they are, have not reached far enough to elevate above all criticism.

Hence, they’re still immature in that sense.

Damn, you suck. You're making me look bad!
Damn, you suck. You’re making me look bad!

And so will they remain in this lifetime.

So what now? What is the best way to retire as a radiant but immature loser?

  • Is it to pursue the monastery and be the next Mr Nhat Hanh?

  • Or to make one creative big lie that requires new amounts of CPU to keep a secret? And from whom?

Anyways, now your fabricated story is supposedly immunizing you from criticism?

Personally, I think Mr Nhat Hanh will likely reincarnate. My reason is based on a rumour that even angels reincarnate.

So where you stack this person in there is up to you. Maybe, according to you, he’s not even all that?

Please tread carefully; I did not say this man is an angel. Please hear me!

I don’t know; I am with you, though, whichever you choose!

You just touched me there; for once, we agree.

I know a tad more about you now, compared to the slightly less than eight-billion people around. One less person[me], to be exact!

I would like to touch on life in infancy when it was unravelling on a large scale for the first time. The first time you ever said “woaw”. “woaw, woaww”.

Also, a time that you forgot about after that.

When all truth was revealed to you, but of such immense quantity that in no way can the physical realm process it all.

Let us begin there. At all those data bits that yearn for your attention and your embrace to all of them, yet inability to singularly reach them all.

And those that you did manage to adhere to. Two separate sets, one of attachment and the other detachment, the first non-nullifier that proves you can’t singularly reach the breadth and width of all existence. However, our veins can attach to each other, thus constructing the combined physiology to touch all those corners.

Criticism to the mind.

Today, this [other] criticizes you, and you fathom you can’t tolerate them with their blabber. Tomorrow, it’s the Converse, and you must rely on them for the soul’s journey again.

Life is in that tightly blended juxtaposition of superpositions as us, constantly calling for each other’s attention. Whether it is criticism or any other emotion-triggering stunt.

I must add that the balance towards a greater well-being for ourselves will, to some degree, come when we stop cold calling each other this way. This is why criticism sucks so much, although vital!

So, if criticism is classed as cold hearted-calling, then it’s up to some gentle souls to take it kindly to ensure its echoes in this sphere of turmoil subside. It’s not drastic; it will slowly lose all its energy until it’s no longer a thing.

And the gentle souls would need to ensure their inner walls are enforced to allow only a reminisce of the energy as a past principle for us to learn from, not repeat.

Then perhaps criticism will cease slightly if we learn to suck it gracefully[whatever that means] and deny its transmission to others by acting as fall guys!

A term not intended to denigrate by any means, nor a word implying any harm. None echoed, none intended.

By fallGuys, I mean energies that are ready to protect and guard the sphere of life, weight balancers.

Those energies exist in everything, including us. A sophisticated life force has equipped us with skills to take criticisms well. And depending on how far its emotion reverberates in us, to teach those lessons learned and solidify the human wall.

So take the criticism and move to the queue to negotiate with them{the critics} on whether this load-balance/role both of you are playing suits either party. If not, then what the new agreement becomes.

Either way, energy follows, so if the criticism is not serving you, then move out of its energy field.

Rest assured, there are agents out there who are qualified at that one task you struggle with. And both are intricate to our shared development.

They will do the absorption, and where you and them meet halfway, a glimpse of all energy waves will be shared amongst you.

With all that, you will be braver, stronger and filled with the seed of life(which is the sharing of knowledge at all soul levels). Each level is assigned its sole teacher. From this, the teachers build a chain vital to our continued progress.

Taking criticism is tough, but think about it for a minute…

It is criticism we are moving out of; it’s low vibration energy. But we sorely need it for now.

But as far as I can tell, one can take it better than the other between you and me. It’s not only their vantage point but their lesson, their task.

Now that I think about it, isn’t this true for all else?

Criticism sucks, but suck it anyway.

Otherwise, remember, it can open tremendous doors for you. Also, new corners to explore in this fiesta of life.

It does this because it stimulates you and the other[critic] to do better while staying in awe of this energy’s work.

And the beautiful remnants it leaves that will further serve diligently in this poetry of life.

Oops, sorry, not as much serving diligently as serving gracefully.

Ephoco!
